SALTECH has, since 1978, been involved in every stage from an early technical-economic feasibility study to building supervision, and we have experience of working with most vessel types – from ultra large crude oil carriers to boats.

SALTECH has been engaged in Naval projects for the last 30 years. SALTECH has worked with several types of naval vessels, such as fast attack craft, fast coast guard vessels, large and fast vessels of composite construction, hydrographic survey ships, minelayers and minehunters, submarines, submarine rescue systems and naval RIB's. Specialized design and engineering cover all aspects of military vessel design, from initial concept to detailed engineering, ensuring vessels meet the highest standards of performance, security and operational effectiveness.

SALTECH has since the last 50 years been involved in design and newbuilding management for different types of merchant vessels. Typical types of vessels include crude oil tankers up to VLCC, product and chemical tankers, bulk carriers, OBOs, refrigerated cargo vessels and ROROs incl. pure car carriers and ferries.

SALTECH is engaged in several research vessel projects with different Swedish Authorities. Our scope includes design and newbuilding management for research vessels such as nuclear waste vessels, oceanographic research vessels and survey vessels.
