Our project managers have extensive experience managing newbuiding and conversion projects in Europe and Asia. SALTECH will undertake complete project management including early stages with contract negotiations, survey/approval of design, selection and approval of major equipment products from contractors and suppliers. If needed, SALTECH will review third party designs, specifications & contracts. During production SALTECH will handle implementation of design, on-site supervision and attend to commissioning and trials.
